Done Camping Last Year Aegir you're really sweet! I'd like to share some bevvies with one and all but it's all irrelavent now! I'm now having to live on my own and my cost of living will suddenly rocket so no holiday at all. I'll start saving for 2004 though! But I'll still not be camping...

Not Cool I e-mailed them with some queries-and asked if there were any other hidden costs and they responded as if I'd insulted their mother! Said they might not allow me to book! Do the managers actually go on this trip themselves or something? As if the possibility of getting their...

    Bloodstock 03 & Cruel Humanity

White house Parties Well I wasn't aware of such a thing going on but that didn't mean it doesn't happen! It felt odd finishing so early (at 11pm) there ought to be some good parties somewhere afterwards! Hopefully I'll find one!

    Bloodstock 03 & Cruel Humanity

At last! About time there was some more variation on at Bloodstock! I'm going to support the scene but wasn't interested in any of the bands - well Paradise Lost from curiosity to see how they sound now. Last time I only saw Bal-Sagoth and Return to the Sabbat. Haha! I live 10 minutes...

There are only girls with boyfriends going to WOA 2002

Oh yeh, I remember, hung over Saturday mornings on the till in a supermarket while I was a student. All that false lighting and sat there for 8 hours, it was mind numbing, it stupified me for the duration I was in there. Getting the stinky town drunkards in, paying with money that should have...

There are only girls with boyfriends going to WOA 2002

I'm single now so that means it could be more difficult to come to Wacken but I'm thinking of going with Argon-if my ex leaves me with any money that is! Any one else, girls/boys going this way?

    Itzehoe Hotels??

No plan B Aw-it may well be back to the tent then.......if I could drive the hire car thing would be a great plan-and would sure beat all that public transport palava! Cuz that's my problem and if I found a place anywhere other than Itzehoe-i wouldn't know how to get to and from the festival...

    Itzehoe Hotels??

Fun! It was damn hard work for me! I'm not the sort to get mucky and be happy. I know everyone's in the same boat but my contact lenses didn't feel at all nice when I had to use that brown water to wash my hands in before I cleaned my lenses. Sorry I have a thousand other reasons too...

    Itzehoe Hotels??

Thanks Thanks. Yep I looked on the wacken site but there aren't many and I was hoping to do it via e-mail or post. If it comes to it I will phone them and hope they speak English. Cheers

    Itzehoe Hotels??

Have you stayed in a hotel/guesthouse in Itzehoe for Wacken 2002? OK, call me a big girl's blouse or whatever but I camped last year and had a really hard time with the sun, mud, water, crappy showers/toilets etc that hampered my fun so I would really like to hear from anyone who has...

    smoker or non-smoker?

Smokin I gave up smoking 2 1/2 years ago but I'll admit I have a toke on a bifta now and again-when I'm wrecked, though I usually regret it the next day. All my friends smoke and often I feel the odd one out for not doing so-I'm almost ashamed when I'm asked for a light but don't have one to...

    Band Suggestion for WOA 2003

Cruel Humanity OK- I'll investigate Ofmara if you visit www.cruelhumanity.com and check out their stuff. We'd really love them to get on at Wacken too. By the way I like the "young biddy" bit of your name!

In Flames - Soilwork - Pain

The paradise of Pain I have to say I adore PAIN and went crazy when I saw them in London (crazier than anyone else in the audience-barged my way to the front and screamed my head off). I got so wrecked though that I can barely remeber it-but it was great! Totally forgot to take photos even...

    Extreme Metal Night-Bradford Uk

Yeh it's a complete bugger. Still, I'm trying to get it together to go see Agathodiamon in Peterborough on Fri 1st Nov. The trains are rubbish - we can spend 6-7 hours travelling back to Derby from 12.18am or book a room, it's gonna end up a bit pricey but I'm determined to get out that weekend.

    Extreme Metal Night-Bradford Uk

Thanx Wolfie, I dunno quite yet but I might be getting to the gig with the band, if we can sort a minibus and a driver, but I will let you know. We don't know how many folks will be there but it's not a huge place so we'll definitely see you all for a drink!
