hmm are they close by (within DE)? since now that im staying in germany i can prob catch one more.

Party San is a few hours by car - in a town called Bad Berka west of Leipzig.

Summer Breeze is quite a bit further, near the bottom end of Germany. 3 of us are doing a road trip, hiring a car after Wacken and driving through. PS is the weekend after Wacken and SB is the weekend after PS, so makes for a nice schedule :)

It does... I was going to do both as well but I decided Brutal Assault's lineup was way better than Party San so I'm skipping it.

Your fest schedule sounds epic. We're stretching our holidays as long as we can, so figure staying in Germany is better. Next year planning on Metalcamp or BA.... or both if we decide we're really irresponsible :D

Party.San about 500 kilometer, Summerbreeze barely 700.

Cheers for that! We're taking the long route to see a few places along the way... not that there will be too much time between festivals. Australia > Hamburg > Wacken > Hamburg > Berlin > Leipzig > Party San > Stuttgart > Summer Breeze > Munich.

If you get Eurail, it doesn't really matter. BA is nice, went last year and am excited to go again. Metalcamp should be great too. :D

Schwäbisch Hall
if you come to Summer-Breeze, enjoy our middle-age town "Schäbisch-Hall" in proxomity to the festival. It´s about 1 hour by car.

So, after Stuttgart you have to drive to Schwäbisch-Hall, enjoy our Metal-Pub "Hölle", stay there and then drive two days later to the Summer-Breeze in Dinkelsbühl, a nice little village, but not so nice, like Schwäbisch-Hall :D
